1. Use of the Services

All trademarks, service marks, logos, and software related to Shepa.ai and WallyLogs are the exclusive property of Shepa, LLC.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any part of the Services without prior written permission.

The WallyLogs brand, logo, and the Wally the Walrus character are protected assets of Shepa, LLC.

6. Payment and Subscriptions

Certain features may require a paid subscription or usage fee. Pricing, billing cycles, and payment methods will be displayed at the time of purchase.

By subscribing, you authorize us or our payment processor to charge your selected payment method. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.

We may update pricing with prior notice as required by applicable law.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access if:
